Abstract


Choosing the right Mobilcycle repair shop is important for vehicle owners to ensure service quality and cost efficiency. However, the many choices of repair shops often make it difficult for consumers to determine the optimal decision. This study aims to build a Decision Support System (DSS) that can help users choose the best Mobilcycle repair shop based on several predetermined criteria, such as Service Quality (C1), Service Speed (C2), Service Price (C3), Availability of Spare Parts (C4), Workshop Location Distance (C5), Reputation or Consumer Reviews (C6). The method used in this system is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), which is able to provide objective assessments through weighting and normalizing values for each alternative. The results of this system are recommendations for the best repair shop rankings that can be used as a reference in decision making. With this system, it is hoped that the repair shop selection process will be more efficient, precise, and in accordance with user needs. Workshop IV received the highest score of 0.91, thus recommended as the best car workshop (rank 1). Workshop II with a score of 0.89 is ranked 2. Workshop XI and Workshop VIII also showed high performance with scores of 0.87 and 0.84 respectively. Workshop III received a score of 0.77, recommended as rank 3.
