Perawatan Dan Analisa Efisiensi Pompa Sentrifugal Distasiun Gilingan PT. Pg Rajawali II Unit Jatitujuh
Abstract
A pump is a mechanical device that is driven by engine power (electric motor) which is used to move liquids (fluids) from one place to another by increasing the pressure of the fluid. The increase in fluid pressure is used to overcome the flow resistance. The pump operates on the principle of making a pressure difference between the suction and discharge parts. Data collection is in the form of collecting data related to the work process and efficiency of centrifugal pumps such as juice that enters from the mill and then enters the cush screen & is flowed into the pump, which is then used as a working system and efficiency analysis as material for preparing reports. The maintenance and repair process is basically to maintain the ability of components and prevent the possibility of severe damage, periodic checks on the pressure on the Pressure Suction and Pressure Discharge tools are carried out. There is a decrease in the efficiency of the pump performance because it is influenced by the pump pressure when operating is not constant due to the occurrence of a dirty strainer condition. Make regular repairs to problematic components.
