Analisa Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Pelayanan Salon Kecantikan Dengan Menggunakan Metode Naïve Bayes (Studi Kasus 3 Dara Salon)
Abstract
Salon is one of the service businesses in the field of facial and body beauty care which is widely developed in various regions. The development of this salon service business is due to the large number of beauty experts and also the increasing needs of consumers, therefore more and more competition arises so that service providers must improve services to provide a level of satisfaction to customers. To achieve the goal of customer satisfaction, it is recommended that beauty salons ask for criticism and suggestions from these customers so that later it can be useful for both parties, especially to improve the service of the salon. Data mining is the process of analyzing data from different perspectives and concluding important information that can be used for profit. Therefore, the Naive Bayes method is used in order to analyze customer satisfaction with beauty salon services. 3 Dara Salon in the future to make it better.
